We are going to be going to Disney for sure on the 17th other than that no clue just looking foward to really warm weather. Todd has been working a lot but its better than not working at all. And i am just preparing to send the summer outside with the kids :0). We are having our Mothers day BBQ again i hope all can make it as it gets closer to time i will send out an email with the time. Hope everyone is safe and well and look foward to seeing everyone soon.

Short notice, but I’ve been requested to “Play Radio” again. I’ll be filling in this Thursday night for Dr D and Dr J on the WORM. I’m not sure what I’ll be doing, but I’ll do something from 7 till 9. (See link in last weeks post)

This Thursday on the “WORM”

February 11th, 2009 at 05:26pm Steve

On Thursday evenings during the school year, a couple of my Professor friends at the college, do an Internet radio show on the colleges’ station WWRM. They often invite me to do a guest spot, but this week I’ll be filling in for Dr J on “The Show”. Being February, Dr D and myself will be doing a show featuring tunes by our favorite Black Artist. If you’re sitting by the computer this Thursday night from 7 till 9 PM, tune us in .See link below.

Also there is still time to join our Yahoo NASCAR group for 2009. Group ID 4147 Password bailout.

Let me know if it opens up properly. It works on some media players but not all.

Back Home

December 29th, 2008 at 06:40am Brian

We rolled into our driveway around 5:00pm last night as everyone in the car was sick. No more Highway 68!!!! Our GPS took us the fastest way, which also was the shortest way home (cutting off about 30 miles) but came at a price. Everyone got car sick…..to the point that we had to pull over for Braylen to (as he put it) PUKE!!! Don’t worry he was talking about what he wanted for dinner soon after this pit stop. Looking at the map we went through the Cherokee National Forest and we were right on the North Carolina border. At one point when on I-75 Braylen said we were in North Carolina. He must have knew what was about to happen.

To further know that your off the beaten path we went through towns such as Ducktown, and Turtletown. Nice place but we will never ever go that way again!!!
